Hard Time

Man I thought today would be semi easy because I usually work without eating however by 10 am I was starving and that was after chugging 32oz of water. SO I decided to eat an orange to cut the hunger. Below is what my meals were today

Morning snack- orange and a multivitamin- 32 OZ Water

Lunch- Grilled Tilpia and garlic spinach- 32 oz water

Afternoon snack- apple

Dinner- Taco salad and - 32 oz water

I did have a small cheat- I ate a handful of chocolate chips.

Hoping for a good number loss tomorrow.
