So today was a great day. I got to sleep in until 12 which never happens. My wonderful husband brought home diets and I ended up eating 4 donuts and because of that I ended up doing 2 workouts because the donuts had 700 caloires in it. One was my normal EA workout and then I did 20 minutes of step aerobics. OH MY LORD, that was a tough workout however I did end up finishing it.
I am not sure if I will see a good weight loss this week, however I will take one pound which is better than gaining.
